At Red Dreams, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location.

• Remote areas may take slightly longer.

• Delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or courier service issues.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges apply based on your region.

• Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after confirmation through call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available nationwide.

• Customers must pay the exact amount at the time of delivery.

5. Tracking Information

• Once dispatched, your parcel tracking details may be shared (if provided by the courier service).

6. Delivery Attempts

• Courier will make 1–2 delivery attempts.

• If the customer is unreachable, the parcel may be returned to us.

• Refusing the parcel at the doorstep may lead to blocking from future COD orders.

7. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your address, contact number, and details are correct.

• We are not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete information.
